MM by H Peagram Heat the oil in the pressure cooker. Brown meat cubes. Remove to a bowl or dish. Brown vegetables in oil. Now add meat back to pot and add beef broth and barley. Place lid on pot, let it steam for a few minutes, and put weight on at 15 lbs for 45 minutes. Adjust seasoning. Serve with hot rolls and a salad.
