MMMMM----- Meal-Master Recipe Title: Bread 2 Categories: Sourdough Yield: 3 6 c BREAD FLOUR 1/3 c GRANULATED SUGAR 1/2 c CORN OIL 1 ts SALT 1 1/2 c WATER; 110^F 1 c STARTER In a large bowl, sprinkle sugar and salt over flour; mix. Add the oil, water and starter. Mix until dough forms a ball. Dump dough out onto a lightly floured board and knead, adding "sprinkles" of flour, until the dough is soft and silky feeling and no longer sticky. The humidity will determine how long and how much flour. Put dough into a LARGE greased bowl, turning to coat the top. Cover and place in a warm draft-free place to rise overnight. The next day, knead 8-10 times. Divide dough into 3 equal portions and place into standard-size greased loaf pans. DO NOT try to make 2 large loaves, it WON'T work. Let stand 4-5 hours or overnight. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before removing from pans. This is a delicious white bread. Enjoy!
