      Title: Apple Harvest Fritters
 Categories: Quickbreads
      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      1 c  Flour
  1 1/2 ts Baking powder
    1/2 tb Salt
    1/2 c  Sugar
    3/4 c  Milk
      1    Egg
      4    Apples; finely diced -to
           6 apples
 
  Combine above ingredients and beat well. Stir in 4-6 apples, cut into
  fine dice. Fry in hot oil in small iron frypan (for 6 fritters) or
  drop by spoonsfull into hot oil in deep fryer, for 3-6 minutes on
  each side. Eat warm sprinkled with confectioners sugar.
