MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Haddock Au Gratin with Broccoli Categories: Fish, Vegetables Yield: 4 Servings 1/2 lb Broccoli florets 1 1/2 lb Haddock fillets 1 ts Salt 1 1/2 c Parmesan cheese; coarsely - grated 3 tb Bread crumbs 5 tb Finely-shredded leek; - or chopped chives 3 tb Milk; or light cream, or - sour cream Preheat oven to 425. Steam broccoli florets until tender but still crisp. Place in greased, ovenproof dish. Top broccoli with fish fillets and sprinkle lightly with a touch of salt. Mix grated cheese, bread crumbs, and leek or chives together in a bowl. Bind mixture together with milk, cream, or sour cream. Dab cheese mixture over fish.
