MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Lemon Fish Categories: Fish Yield: 4 Servings 1 lb Fish fillets (snapper, sole) 1/4 c White wine or chicken broth 6 Lemon slices 1/2 ts Molly McButter 1/8 ts Pepper 1 tb Dried parsley Arrange fish in a 9 by 13 inch baking pan.Top with remaining ingredients. Follow directions below for microwave or conventional oven. Microwave method: Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Cook on high for 5-8 minutes (depending on thickness), rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
