MMMMM----- Meal-Master Recipe

      Title: Bow Knots

      Yield: 4

      2    eggs, beaten
           add
    1/3 c  sugar
      1 tb cream
      1 tb melted butter
    1/8 ts soda
    1/2 ts of cream of tartar,
    1/4 ts salt and
    1/4 ts mace
           flour enough to make a
           stiff dough

  Roll into pieces the shape of a pencil; tie in bow knots. Fry in 
  deep fat and dust with powdered sugar. (Meyersdale, Pa.)
