MMMMM----- Meal-Master Recipe Title: Bisquick Doughnuts Categories: Doughnuts Yield: 4 2 c Bisquick 1/4 c Sugar 1/3 c Milk 1 ts Vanilla 1/4 ts Nutmeg, optional 1/4 ts Cinnamon, optional 32 Balls Heat fat to 375 degrees F. Mix ingredients until blended. Knead dough on lightly floured surface about 10 times. Roll out 1/2-inch thick. Cut with floured doughnut cutter. Fray in hot fat until golden brown, about 1 minute. Drain on paper towels. Shake doughnuts in paper bag filled with powdered or granulated sugar, if desired. Makes about 12 doughnuts.
