MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Moist Nut Bread Categories: Quickbreads Yield: 2 Servings MMMMM--------------------MM BY HELEN PEAGRAM------------------------- 3 1/2 Cup All-purpose flour 3 c Sugar 2 ts Baking soda 1 ts Salt 1 ts Ground cinnamon 4 Eggs 2 x Oz. jars strained apricot Baby Food 1 c Vegetable oil 2/3 c Water 1 tb Vanilla extract 1 c Chopped walnuts In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine eggs, baby food, oil, water and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients; mix until well blended. Stir in nuts. Pour into two greased 9x5x3" loaf pans. Bake at 350 F. for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Yield: 2 loaves.
