      Title: Really Easy Sweet Cornbread
 Categories: Quickbreads
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      4    Eggs
      1 c  Water
    2/3 c  Milk
    1/4 c  Vegetable oil
      2 pk 8-1/2 oz. cornbread mix
           (Jiffy Mix)
      1 pk Yellow cake mix
 
  Mix everything together. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minues.
  Makes about 2 dz. muffins.
  
  Honey butter: whip together equal amounts of butter & honey
  
  Maple butter: whip together 1 part maple syrup to 2 parts butter. Add
  1/2 tsp all natural maple flavor if you have it.
