         1 lb           Lean ground beef
       1/2 cup          Oatmeal
       1/2 cup          Milk
       1/4 tsp          Mustard powder
         1 dash         Nutmeg
         1              Egg
*********************** MMMMMSAUCE ***********************
         1 can          Mushroom soup
                        ; water to make sauce
                        Mashed potatoes
                        Veggie

[Preparation]
Soak the oatmeal in the milk about 1/2 hour then add egg to it and
mix.

Mix remaining meat engredients and mix well. Form into small
flattened meat patties and brown them.

Remove the patties from the pan and add the mushroom soup and stir up
any bits in the pan. Add enough water, usually 1/2 can to make the
sauce to your desired consistency.

Put meat patties back in pan and simmer for 1/2 hour.

Serve with mashed potatoes and a veggie. We like green beans.
