         4 cup          Zucchini, processed
         6              Eggs
         6 tsp          Vanilla
         2 cup          Oil
         6 cup          Flour
         2 tsp          Salt
         6 tsp          Cinnamon
         3 cup          Brown sugar
         1 cup          Nuts, chopped

[Preparation]
Put all in processor and blend well.  Line loaf pans with plastic and
fill 2/3 full.  Freeze and remove from pans then wrap in plastic.

To bake, thaw out and add 1/2 tsp soda and 1/2 tsp baking powder per
loaf.
Grease pan and pour in batter.  Bake at 350 approx 1 hour.
