         2 tbsp         Butter
         2 cup          Mini marshmallows
       2/3 cup          Canned milk
     1 2/3 cup          Sugar
       1/2 tsp          Salt
     1 1/2 cup          Chocolate chips
         1 tsp          Vanilla
       1/2 cup          Nuts

[Preparation]
Mix butter, milk, sugar and salt in a pan over medium heat.  Bring to
boil. Cook 5 minutes.  Stir constantly.  Remove from heat.  Stir in
marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts.  Stir 1-2 minutes or
til marshmallows melt.   Pour in buttered 8 inch square pan.  Makes 2
lb.
