         1 cup          Margarine
         2 cup          Sugar
         4              Eggs
         6 tbsp         Cocoa
     1 1/2 cup          Flour
         1 tsp          Baking powder
       1/2 tsp          Salt
         1 tsp          Vanilla
       1/2 cup          Nuts

[Preparation]
Melt margarine in a large pot.  Add sugar and cocoa. Mix well. Add
flour baking powder, salt, vanilla and nuts. MIx well. Add eggs. Pour
into a greased 9X13 pan.  Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Very moist
brownie.
