1 1/2 cup Flour 
3 tbsp Cocoa 
1 tsp Baking soda 
1 cup Sugar 
1 tsp Salt 
5 tbsp Oil 
1 tbsp Vinegar 
1 tsp Vanilla 
1 cup Water

Put dry ingredients in a pan and add all wet ingredients. Mix til
flour is blended. Pour into a greased and floured 9" pan. Bake at 350
for 25 minutes.
