Blend in flour and seasonings and gradually add milk. Whisk or stir constantly til mixture thickens. In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks and add the hot mixture to them gradually while stirring constantly. Stir in Veg meat or cheese. When cool, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into a large or individual ungreased casseroles. Oven poach ( place in large dish with water in it) at 350 for 1 hour for large and 25 minutes for individual souffle's.
