PEAGRAM *********************** 1/2 cup Dried apricots 1 large Orange 1/2 cup Raisins 2 tbsp Margarine, soft 1 cup Sugar 1 tsp Almond ext. 1 Egg 1/2 cup Nuts, chopped 2 cup Flour 1/2 tsp Baking soda 2 tbsp Baking powder 1/4 tsp Salt [Preparation] Soak apricots in hot water for 30 minutes. Grate peel of orange into long slivers and squeeze out juice. Measure and add enough boiling water to make 1 cup. Drain apricots and grind with raisins. Cream marg and sugar. Add almond ext. and egg. Beat til light and creamy. Add chopped fruit and nuts and mix well Add dry ingredients alternately with orange juice.
