         3 oz           Sausage meat
       1/4 tsp          Hot mustard
         1 pinch        Dry parsley
         1              Egg
         1              Egg -- hard boiled
                        ;flour
                        ;bread crumbs

[Preparation]
This amount will make one egg. Mix the meat, mustard and parsley and
enough of an egg beaten up to make mix sloppy. Add bread crumbs to
the proper consistency to mold around egg. Flour each egg, form meat
mixture around egg. Dip in beaten egg mixture and then in bread
crumbs. Deep fry til nice and brown.
