         3 tbsp         Baking powder
         1 tsp          Baking soda
         1 tsp          Salt

         4 large        Eggs
         2 cup          Sugar
         2 tbsp         Lemon juice
         1 tbsp         Vanilla
         1 cup          Shortening -- melted & cooled

[Preparation]
Blend dry ingredients. Blend wet ingredients. Blend 2 together. Makes
a stiff dough. Use a pastry bag and form S or 8s on greased baking
sheet at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Place a fair distance apart
