      Title: Helen's Real Orange Cake

      1 c  Margarine/shortening
  1 3/4 c  Sugar
      3 md Eggs
      2 ts Orange ext
      3 c  Flour
    1/4 ts Baking soda
      2 ts Baking powder
      1 ts Orange rind (finely grated)
  1 1/4 c  Orange juice & pulp
           -4 oranges approx
 
  Cream marg and sugar til light and creamy.  Add eggs 1 at a time and
  beat well after each.  Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda
  and orange rind.  Mix dry ingredients with creamed mix, alternately,
  with orange juice/pulp and orange ext.  Pour into prepared pans and
  bake at 350 til cake tests done.
